Tomorrow :)

Most people say things like, "We should do this, we should do that, that would be fun," And then don't do it. But at Smash rehearsal we had a moment, and we are actually gonna do it! We are going to Lagoon, Me, Diana, Eleisha, Heather, Heather's mom and sister! Its gonna be awesome! I'm so excited! To bad Cade and Jessica couldn't come! But we are still gonna have an awesome time, with them in the spirit! Pictures are to come!!

high school starts. Part 2.

The whole year I knew this was coming. I had no idea what it was about and all I knew was that I wanted to be in a play. So as soon as I ended auditioning for Topsy Turvy and The Scarlet Pimpernel I got ready. And boy was I ready! or I felt like I was ready, so I wasn't nervous. The one thing that stressed me out, was that this kid knew the whole story and I didn't, he was all over it he knew exactly what part he wanted! but it gave me comfort to know I was ready and he wasn't with our auditions When I auditioned I nailed it! The next day we did callbacks, (we were all so good that Miss Ludlow had know idea who to cast!) Again I thought I did pretty good! That was a Friday so I would have to wait all weekend to find out. But the Monday, was also the opening night of Topsy Turvy. So they said they wouldn't have the list up until Topsy Turvy was all over. So Tuesday night, we all were waiting at 10 o clock at night for the cast list was up. She gave it to someone who didn't audition to put up. Then told him to wait five minutes after she left to put it up. When he put it up all I saw was my name.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE i squealed! That was the part the kid that knew everything wanted and I got it! Another thing to be proud about is that it was only a ten person cast, five women five men. But they also took a men part and turned it into a women part, so six women four men. And I was one of them. i couldn't believe it! Finally this year of disappointment and I got a good part! It was amazing! Another thing was I finally beat him! Cade, He has been my best friend for a long time and as long as i have been acting he has always gotten the parts I wanted, always been praised for it, and always made me more self conscious. And I never hated him for it, because he truly is an amazing actor, BUT so am I. And now I actually felt like it. It was an amazing experience and my some of my favorite people experienced it with me. Jori (She was the lead girl), Diana, Cade, Whitney, Dakota, Eleisha,  Shawn (the lead guy), Jessica (director of the whole play), and others! i loved it and it made me more excited for next year. And at the end of it I was talking over my whole Cade, play, self conscious deal with Jori and she has had the same experience with Jessica. But now we both know that the under dogs do rise and we are both amazing and next year will be one heck of a year for us, huh Jori?

The whole year the music had been planning a trip to California! It was amazing. We went dolphin watching, to a Mexican flee market, to a lighthouse, we competed, and then of course we went to Disneyland!! It was 

soo much fun! And WE WON! the competition, well at least the band did!! Here are some pictures!

That's pretty much my year! Hooray its finally finished!! Oh and by the way i got my AP Biology score, i got a 2, which doesn't get me credit, but its all good! I learned a lot!! I met a lot of good friends and rekindled my passion for acting! Junior year here I come! Junior year theme: LET THE UNDER DOGS RISE!! :)

high school starts. Part 1

Well I guess before the summer ends I better write about my sophmore year. :)

The first day was weird, I felt weird, this is were all my much older sisters went to school, that was the normal, and I had to keep reminding myself that I go here now! And my sisters are graduated, married, in college, graduated from college, and two babies were coming! It was crazy. I went through the day, AP Biology, Algebra B/C, Honors English, Troyplayers, and Seminary. I loved troyplayers! And I was voted secretery! It was awesome. This day also started the preparation toward the gigantic AP Biology test, that I would be taking at the end of the year. I was scared! Already! Well, it finally became normal!  YAY!

The First Big Opportunity.
In Troyplayers we had decided to do a hilarious play, "Sleeping Beauty." I was excited to start getting acting again. But then I didn't have a monologue, and no time to get ready for one. So I quickly got one of the monolougues that my teacher, Miss Ludlow,  had and started to prepare. I had to go the next day and I had no idea how to perform it. Well long story I sucked, SUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKEEDD!, sucked,  sucked, suucked. And the bad part is that it was the first impression of my acting for the directors. So I knew that I definitely wouldn't get in and HEY i didn't.  But I was able to be a stage hand. And the play was amazing. Throughout the whole thing I hated it. It almost killed me (just an expression, it didn't actually kill me) not being able to be on stage with my peers, doing what I love. and that was when I vowed that I would be ready for every audition and be involved in every play that I could.

- The year before the did the play, "The Foreigner" It composed of all seniors and one sophomore, a very great girl that is a great friend. And they brought it back, because it was hilarious! And I got to be a part of the comeback. It wasn't very big, but it was pretty awesome to be a part of and meet all the old cast. I got to  be the trap door operator. It was pretty awesome! 


- Seminary was the best first tri. I had a great teacher and a great class! Brother Williams, you rock!! 


Topsy Turvy Broadway 
In Troyplayers, we didn't have a lot to do second tri, so we as a class (with the help of Mrs. Remington our AWESOME student teacher) we put on a show called Topsy Turvy Broadway. We took scenes from various plays and twisted them so they were different. I was editor and director of  Sobbin' Men with an amazing partner Jessica Hammar. It was from the song Sobbin' Women from Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. It was very fun working on it. My favorite one that I was in was Choreography from White Christmas, we took the song and made dance out of it making fun of modern style dancing, it was super fun and where i learned that i love to tap dance. Mrs. Remington choreographed it. It was a great experience. it was also really tight and a lot of us had doubts that we would pull it of, but we did it and it was amazing.

I had been ready all year. I had a great monologue, a great song. I auditioned it went great. I got a callback and was stoked. All I wanted was a part! And I got one! It wasn't exactly a lead, but let me  just say, my name was on the poster! :) I played Ben, one of Percy's bounders. We spent around three months rehearsing and I started to love the play! It was awesome and will forever be one of my favorite plays that i was in and generally just love. I also got to meet a great buddy, Maxwell Peterson, he is so funny.

Into the Fire

That is just a really funny picture of me during  Scarlet Pimpernel.  I had just barley gotten make up in my mouth and some one took a picture.

Well i don't know how much more space I have so i guess this is a little more than half of my year.

16.

In exactly one week I will be 16 years old.

It has been long awaited. But now as it get closer i can't but feel nervous.

This means I get to date, I get to drive at dark (which is mostly what i've wanted),  I get to bless the sacrament, and I get to get a job.

I think what i am most nervous about is the dating part, just the whole thing. hmmm... for my whole life its always been my older sisters who do all these things, now its  my turn and it just doesn't feel normal. 

These are all great things that I always wanted, but with that comes great responsibility. But i'm optimistic I can handle it.

But i'm mostly excited!! And I'm ready to make the change from child to adult, (well a teenager that is as responsible as an adult)! HOORAY!

Let the countdown begin!!

A long time since, And a lot to write about.

Wow, when i made my blog I thought... I will write every week because this is soooo cool!
WELL......

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! its been a while... 

But this can  only mean one thing lots more to write about!!!! It is summer now and I will have lots of time. So i have made a list of things to type down for you to read, if anyone does read it.

Home Sweetness!!

Idaho Rocks!! I loved New Mexico and such! It was so much fun!! But im glad to be home! On Sunday we just chilled... that was nice... On Monday we went boating on Elephant Butte Lake, (we Swam ALOT) I got sunburnt on my shoulders... not to bad though! On Tuesday We chilled for half a day and then went to go see Beth and Dave at work on the Dam Site Marina. That night we went tubing with Daves cousins and I flipped over and it was fun! :) After... it was nighttime and we went NIGHT SWIMMING and OMGOSH it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun!! ThenWednesday morning we got up at 5:30 and left

and let me tell ya there is nothing like Idaho!! :)
